These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Sky Maintenance Services.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for Return and Refund

The customers have 14 days to cancel from the day their order is created.

If a customer is unsatisfied with the purchase of the service plans, they must contact us within 14 days from the day of the purchase, and Sky Maintenance Services will refund the full amount without any questions. If you are over the 14-day period, we can still offer you a partial refund within 28 days. After 28 days, there is no further refund available. In order to get this refund, you must contact us on our customer service helpline.

Payment Methods

All sales are processed either via phone card payment, website, cheque via mail, or BACS direct debit only. With any of these payments, you are still within your rights to cancel within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Follow-Up and Payment Processing

After your purchase, you will receive a follow-up call from our team confirming your plan has started, as well as a date to confirm when the payment will be deducted from your account. Please ensure you have sufficient funds available.

If we do not receive your payment, we will give you a follow-up call to confirm if you still wish to proceed. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you no longer wish to proceed and cancel your purchase automatically.

Authorized Payments

Payments will only be processed by individuals authorized to make transactions on their behalf. We do not accept payments from clients using power of attorney or other significant account control arrangements.

Claims and Support

If you wish to make a claim on your appliances or have any issues, please contact us directly via the phone number listed on our website, and we will begin your repair and maintenance process.
